I’m a Kent based wildlife & landscape photographer offering 1-2-1 tuition. Conservation, education & protecting our countryside and wildlife drives all my photography projects. My favourite subject both for conservation and photographing is the Barn Owl but I’ve spent thousands of hours on many differing subjects.

I’ve always loved all genres of photography but wildlife creates an interaction with our flora and fauna that, for me, is unique. Despite the often hundreds of hours of studying, waiting and watching a subject, you always know there are zero guarantees but when it all comes together and you interact with an amazing wild creature, you know you are experiencing something very few people will. Above are a few images and there are more in my Portfolio section. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did taking them.

Below are two featured videos from my YouTube channel. I started it in 2017 as simply a way of giving myself a better record of some of my photography memories and experiences. My trip to Harris in the Outer Hebrides was the catalyst and I’m extremely glad I now have these vlogs to look back on. I had no idea of the amount of time and effort it took to produce them but I was determined as I progressed to make them more than just a record but also be aesthetically pleasing and showing the beauty of nature as well just my nattering away !! . Recently “life” has rather got in the way and I stopped making more of them but it is a possibility going forward. Trust me they cost more to make than they bring in (despite hundreds of thousands of views !) but I do miss the end result and the (nice !) feedback so maybe soon. !!
